How do I find the theatre?
We are a three-minute walk from New Islington Metrolink Station, which is one stop over from Manchester Piccadilly. Please see our Contact page, which has a downloadable map. Our address is 113 Pollard Street, Ancoats, as part of AWOL Studios.
Do you have Parking?
There is a free carpark at Hope Mill Theatre, however we cannot guarantee availability. There is also street parking available, but this may be limited on days where there is a game at Etihad Stadium.
Do you serve food?
Yes, the Engine Room Café is open from 6pm for pizzas and bar snacks. We serve a smaller matinee menu an hour and a half prior to matinee shows. Hope Mill Theatre will contact patrons with a menu a few days prior to performance, with the option to pre-order food.

Do you offer Concessions and what is a Concession?
Yes we do. 16 and under, registered students, Seniors who are 60+ and Equity Members.
Do you offer a discounted rate for carers or a free carer ticket?
We offer 50% off for Carers. Please phone our box office number to organise this.
I have an access requirement, can I get an aisle seat?
To organise allocated seating, please phone the venue to outline your requirements.
Do you do Group Discounts?
We offer 10% off for bookings of 10 people or more. Please email email@example.com or book online, which will automatically deduct 10%.
Refunds – can I get a refund for my ticket?
Tickets are not refundable.
Transfers – can I transfer my tickets to a different performance?
At the discretion of the venue tickets can be transferred to an alternative date where there is available capacity and provided that at least 48 hours notice is given. Transfers are only available to the same show. A fee of £2.5 will be charged per transaction.

BY FOOT: If coming from New Islington Tram station, proceed towards Pollard Street, in a straight line, and Hope Mill Theatre will be on your left.
BY CAR: There is free parking on site and free parking on the street. Spaces are subject to availability. Please note, the car park can become busy on match days at Ethiad Stadium
Is Hope Mill Theatre Wheelchair accessible?
Hope Mill Theatre is fully wheelchair accessible. If you do have access requirements, we ask you to inform Hope Mill by phone or email prior to your visit.
What time is the Bar open?
The Engine Room Café Bar is open one and half hours prior to each performance.
