Jock Night

After last year’s sell-out run, Hive North (#BeMoreMartyn, OutStageUs) return to Hope Mill with Jock Night, the “frank, funny and frisky exploration of gay sex, drugs and friendship” (Attitude)

Jock is the hottest club in town but the party starts as the club night ends and you are invited to the ultimate after-party.

Ben is a forty-something with a desire to curl up watching Victoria Wood that’s eclipsed by his party lifestyle. Kam is Coronation Street obsessed and, in his own words, fabulous and undetectable, whilst gym bunny Russell is all about the Instagram likes.

When a gay porn star arrives, Ben must decide whether he can give up his life of hook ups and chill-outs swapping a come down to settle down. Described as ‘thought-provoking and explosive modern theatre’ by Boyz Magazine, Jock Night is the story of friends searching for love in a world of chemsex and jockstraps.
