Hope Mill Theatre & Covid 19

The below information was updated on 11/12/2021

To best protect our venue, its visitors and the productions we create, all visitors to Hope Mill Theatre must wear a face covering at all times; unless medically exempt, or sat eating or drinking.

From Monday 13th December all ticket holders are required to produce proof of vaccination, a negative lateral flow test within 24 hours, or a valid NHS covid passport at Box Office.

We are operating at full capacity – unless a Socially Distanced Performance is advertised.

Our bar area and entrance way will have hand sanitiser readily available.

Ticket Cancellation Policy:

Should a performance be cancelled due to covid, we will give you the opportunity to choose one of the following options:

  1. We can transfer your tickets to another date for the same production.
  2. We can credit your Hope Mill Theatre account to the value of your tickets, to be used within 12 months for another production.
  3. We ask that you recognise that cancellations put our venue in a vulnerable position and consider making a full or partial donation to the venue, our First Curtain Scheme or our Scholarship Fund.
  4. If none of the above are possible we will provide you with a full refund of your tickets.
