Please read our booking conditions carefully. Most frequently asked questions should be answered below. If you have a question that we have not covered, feel free to contact the venue.

Tickets are non-refundable. HMT can transfer tickets to another performance, if given 24 hours’ notice subject to availability.

Transferring tickets to another performance carries a small administration charge. (Details TBC)

Customers with access requirements must inform HMT by phone or email prior to the performance, this has to be done at the time of booking, so that seating can be allocated accordingly. If we do not have prior notice of access, customers may be refused entry.

Concession tickets refers to Full time students, disabled patrons, Equity members, 16 years and under and over 60s. Students and Equity members must present ID card on arrival.

Hope Mill Theatre reserves the right to refuse entry to latecomers. As a small theatre space some seats are accessed across the performance area, therefore to minimise disturbing other patrons Hope Mill Theatre won’t allow access to latecomers until the second half of the performance.

Performances with no interval latecomers can be refused entry.

All ticket purchases hold a booking fee, which is set by Line Up (our third-party ticketing system) and not set by Hope Mill Theatre. This booking fee encompasses software & administration needs. This is not a card transaction fee.

Tickets bought through Line Up (Box office software provider) will appear on your bank statement under ‘Stripe’. Stripe is a third party money handling service like PayPal.

Tickets purchased for the wrong performance can be transferred to another performance subject to availability and payment of the transfer fee. If a transfer isn’t possible due to availability a refund is not possible.

Hope Mill Theatre has an onsite car park, which is free of charge to patrons apart from on Match days at Etihad stadium where there is a £5.00 charge. The car park is not owned by Hope Mill Theatre and is subject to availability as it is shared with other businesses based in Hope Mill. Parking in the car park is at owners risk.

Hope Mill Theatre can grant seating requests for patrons with accessibility / hearing / physical restrictions or limitations, but we require advance notice to ensure we can grant these requests. Please email or ring the venue 24-hours prior to your visit.
